Renault India will display 12 cars and 2 engines at the upcoming Auto Expo 2020. The French automaker will showcase its complete India range and a few global concepts, including its F1 racing concept at this year's expo.[gallery size="full" ids="12156,10656,14578"]Besides its current line-up, Renault could also showcase a close-to-production version of its upcoming subcompact SUV (codenamed- Renault HBC). The HBC subcompact SUV has been spotted several times undergoing road tests in India. The subcompact SUV is likely to get the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine from the Renault Triber and will be mated to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox.
Similarly, the Renault Pavilion will also have an exclusive ‘Electric Corner’ highlighting Renault’s focus on Future Mobility. This dedicated EV space will most likely have products like the Renault Zoe and the Kwid EV. Renault is also expected to showcase the Symbioz electric concept. Furthermore, the Renault Pavilion will also host exciting customer-engagement activities and modern entertainment acts in its booth which will perfectly complement its contemporary designed Pavilion.
The introduction of new products - Triber, Kwid and Duster - helped Renault India to grow by 7.9% in 2019.
